It is best suited for people who are looking for a good hunting experience and overall an improved and better aim. Turret
The turret mechanism in the Mueller APV 4.5-14×40 AO Rifle Scope is a capped finger adjustable turret and is simple and easy to operate. It is precise and accurate, to say the least. The windage and elevation adjustments are reliable and accurate, and the integral components are held together by a heavy-duty spring clip that ensures you of its durability. The turret also performed well in terms of Zeroing to a particular object and takes less to time in zeroing onto a rifle. Once zeroed, it hardly requires any adjustments thereafter. Unless you’re going to change loads, it’s basically just a one-time process to achieve zero.
Eye Relief
The Mueller APV 4.5-14x40mm AO features 3.5-3.25” eye relief, which is just about convenient, although most people prefer a bit more. It doesn’t make you feel like you’re too far away to make an appropriate shot nor too close that the image appears blurry to you. Most importantly, it’s a safe distance to protect your eyes from any recoil mishaps.
